We enjoyed a meditation using a Tibetan Bowl as the focal and focus point for this meditation afternoon. Using the sound and resonance of the bowl as a means of balancing the bodies Chakra points or tuning the mind into a state of contemplation; is a very interesting experience. Explanation alone does not suffice; one must experience it to fully realize its’ wonderful feel.
We look forward to using the Tibetan Bowl in future meditations.
