Due to our being absent for January we did not receive a letter from the C.W.A. asking for our booking dates for 2oo8. We were therefore late in advising the Booking Officer of our needs for the Hall for the year. This resulted in another group booking the Hall for Sat 1st March; when we would normally hold our afternoon service. Therefore there was no service held.

Instead, the Minister, Richard Milne attended the AGM for the A.S.A. At this meeting it wad voted to change the name of the Australian Spiritualist Association to The Australian Spiritualist Union (of Churches). Thusly we are now know as The A.S.U. Spiritualist Church of Bowral and all documentation, letterheads, bank account etc etc have to be changed accordingly. A seemingly small change it seems; but one involving a lot of changes when you consider the paperwork involved with the bank and this web site. Hopefully all is going well and we hope you will be patient of some mistakes are made or changes in the names are not immediately forthcoming.

Our next Church Service will be held on Saturday    15th March at 7.00 pm and we look forward to seeing you there.
